I also found something from Magnet Mart that will replace the Gatorade or McCormick lids, its a perfect fit (40mm radius).

Ebay-$23.50 delivered, not bad at all. I don't know Barry's earthing kit but it could be the same as ground wires usually works the same way. Just make sure the wires are low resistance wires, that makes the difference.
